Job Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process for key roles within the Space and Launch division. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies, assess candidate qualifications, and deliver market intelligence that aligns with the organization’s talent acquisition objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-priority positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to design and implement sourcing strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industries is preferred.
- A high school diploma is necessary; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
