Job Summary
The key focus of this role is to oversee maintenance functions at a round-the-clock manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency in equipment operation. This includes managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, and leading a team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians to promote ongoing enhancements in processes.
