Job Summary
Skechers is on the lookout for a Email & SMS Marketing Specialist based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This role is primarily focused on the management and improvement of digital marketing campaigns, specializing in email and SMS communication.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Content Builder.
- Ensure the accuracy of links and content within marketing messages prior to sending.
- Work in conjunction with the Email Marketing Manager to design and document A/B testing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate with team members to drive user engagement through targeted messaging.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly in email and SMS marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance effectively.
