Job Summary
This position entails delivering mobile hospice and euthanasia services for pets and their owners within the comfort of their homes and local areas. The veterinarian will operate independently while engaging with mentors, practice managers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hospice and euthanasia care directly to pets and their families in home settings.
- Practice veterinary medicine autonomously and collaborate with experienced professionals.
- Coordinate with practice managers and support personnel for effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Must possess a DVM, VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
- Availability to work occasional weekends.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
