Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate will play a significant role in the management and oversight of clinical trials. Located in Santa Monica, California, this position requires an onsite presence. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of data collected during research studies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Project Assistants.
- Monitor trial progress and manage any issues that arise during the research process.
- Maintain effective communication with study teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on trial management.
- A nursing degree (RN) with a 2- or 3-year certificate is required.
- Certification as a Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or an equivalent credential is preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and guidelines.
