Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This onsite role involves delivering patient care that includes administration of injections, with training offered for this specific task. The successful candidate will work closely with Medical Directors, Clinical Directors, and a variety of other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer injections and provide comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with Medical Directors, Clinical Directors, and clinical staff.
- Participate in the enhancement of patient treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Possess an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications relevant to the role.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
