**Job Title: Community Director**
The Community Director is responsible for managing the daily functions of a student housing facility, which encompasses tasks such as rent collection, processing applications, and conducting property inspections. This role requires delivering outstanding service to residents, executing market analyses, and overseeing financial reporting as well as invoice processing. Applicants should have previous experience in multi-family housing and demonstrate strong customer service and sales abilities. A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) are mandatory, while having a Pennsylvania real estate license is preferred.
