The Senior Financial Analyst position, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is an onsite role that plays a critical part in delivering financial leadership and strategic guidance. This role is integrated within the Centers of Excellence (CoE) focusing on Operating Unit Finance, Accounting, and Research & Development Finance. The analyst will be responsible for providing high-level financial analysis and decision-support to enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the financial planning and analysis processes within designated CoE teams.
- Deliver actionable insights through thorough financial analysis.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Possess significant experience in financial analysis or hold an advanced degree along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to engage effectively with both permanent staff and leadership, while not directly overseeing temporary roles such as interns.
