Job Summary
The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) is tasked with guiding maintenance personnel, resolving intricate issues related to mechanical and electrical systems, and spearheading efforts towards continuous improvement. This role is vital in guaranteeing that plant machinery functions efficiently while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within maintenance operations.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is essential.
- Possession of an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or at least five years of pertinent maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting various systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
