Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver nursing services based on treatment plans established by physicians while actively collaborating with a diverse healthcare team. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, documenting any changes, and offering continuous education to patients and their families regarding care processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement nursing care according to physician directives.

Qualifications
- Possess a valid LPN license in Kansas or a compact nursing license.
- Hold a current valid driver’s license.
- Exhibit strong organizational and self-management abilities.
- Demonstrate a high level of empathy and customer service skills.
