Assess, triage, and care for emergency patients, including administering medications, performing emergency interventions, and monitoring patient conditions. Coordinate individualized care with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, document care, and follow safety and infection-control standards. Requires 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting, along with an active state or compact RN license and Basic Life Support certification. Strong assessment, medication administration, communication, organization, and patient-safety skills are required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred.
