Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving meals, snacks, beverages, and therapeutic or texture-modified foods according to menus, diet orders, and resident preferences. Maintain food supplies and storage, deliver meals and nourishment, and complete dishwashing, cleaning, and waste-management duties. A high school diploma or GED is required. At least six months of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
