Job Summary
The position involves grinding and sanding welded components to meet the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities
- Grind and sand welded parts to meet company quality criteria.
- Remove imperfections such as scratches, tool marks, and excess weld material.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain and clean equipment and work areas.
- Assist in material handling tasks as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of one year of related experience or training.
- Ability to operate grinding and sanding machinery effectively.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds independently.
- Must be able to wear the necessary safety gear.
