Provide analytical support to Production, Underwriting, and/or Asset Management teams, including screening and structuring lending opportunities, conducting preliminary due diligence, reviewing borrower and property documents, and learning to model property cash flows. Assist with preliminary loan packages and underwriting, and learn to monitor loan and property performance as well as service commercial mortgage loan portfolios. Applicants must be current undergraduate students, preferably pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related real estate program, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills, including complex financial modeling in Excel, and demonstrate teamwork, independence, deadline management, multitasking, attention to detail, and strong communication; on-site attendance is required four days per week.
