Job Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for guiding electromechanical products through the transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production, while enhancing manufacturing procedures and supply chain processes. This position serves as the chief technical lead for designated product lines, facilitating effective collaboration among engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition of electromechanical products to high-volume manufacturing.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and supply chain workflows.
- Act as the main technical owner for specific product lines.
- Ensure coordination among engineering, quality, and production departments.
Qualifications
- A degree in a technical discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Strong organizational capabilities and skills in configuration management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-limited work environment.
