Job Summary
This role focuses on leading and enhancing the operations team, ensuring effective management of daily functions, resource distribution, adherence to compliance standards, and collaboration across various departments. The successful candidate will analyze performance metrics, execute operational strategies, and spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement while providing detailed reports to senior management.

Qualifications

- A master’s degree and process improvement experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and analytics tools, as well as relevant certifications, is advantageous.
