The primary function of this role is to collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary puncture while ensuring the comfort of patients and accurate identification. The position also involves maintaining the integrity of specimens through appropriate labeling, handling, and transport.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills coupled with a commitment to customer service.
- Must have completed at least 50 successful donor collections in the last two years within an accredited laboratory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
- Compliance with physical, background-check, drug testing, and authorization standards is necessary.
