Job Summary
The Partner Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational framework of a multi-tier partner program, which encompasses tier classification, deal registration processes, and the evaluation of partner health through scorecards. This role is also charged with spearheading the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) strategy, focusing on the recruitment of technology partners and coordinating joint go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational elements of the multi-tier partner program, including tiering and deal registration.
- Develop and implement partner health scorecards to monitor performance and compliance.
- Lead the strategy for recruiting technology partners within the ISV framework.
- Facilitate and drive collaborative go-to-market efforts with the Product and Engineering teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in partner operations, channel management, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong analytical abilities to oversee program compliance and perform Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
