Job Summary
The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the complete billing process within Zuora, guaranteeing the precision of subscriptions, services, and renewals. This position plays a crucial role in aligning billing data with ERP systems, making necessary adjustments, and collaborating across departments to facilitate financial closure and meet audit standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive billing operations in Zuora to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
- Reconcile billing information with ERP systems for consistency and reliability.
- Process necessary billing adjustments and corrections.
- Collaborate with various teams to support financial closure and auditing processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing or revenue operations.
- At least 3 years of direct experience with Zuora Billing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret contracts effectively.
