Job Summary
This role involves the independent preparation of subpoenas, as well as the review and summarization of discovery responses and medical records. The candidate will be responsible for organizing records and managing deadlines for independent medical examinations, drafting litigation motions, and performing thorough searches including verdict, docket, social media, and background checks.

Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of five years of experience as a New York defense paralegal, particularly with New York cases.
- Experience with New Jersey cases and familiarity with specific court filing systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of liability practice areas and legal software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential.
