Job Summary
The role of the Assistant Manager involves supervising all retail operations throughout their assigned shift. This includes directing personnel and upholding exceptional customer service standards while ensuring that product preparation, inventory management, and the tidiness of the store are all meticulously maintained. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will perform the duties typically associated with customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
