Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and emotional support to terminally ill patients.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all patient visits and care provided.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and preparing meals.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
- Minimum of six months of experience in direct patient care is required.
