Job Summary
The role involves delivering expert nursing and rehabilitative services to clients in their residences while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Conduct assessments of patient conditions.
- Manage urgent clinical situations effectively.
- Reconcile medications and educate patients on their use.
- Deliver wound care and maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- At least one year of relevant hands-on medical experience within the last two years, focusing on adult or geriatric patient care in a certified clinical environment.
