Job Summary
The primary role involves overseeing the implementation of federal contracts, including IDIQ arrangements and task orders. This position focuses on maintaining customer relationships, ensuring contract compliance, managing budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and addressing risks while providing performance reports. The individual will lead program teams, troubleshoot operational challenges, enhance service delivery, and contribute to proposals and contract expansion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of federal contracts and task orders.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure adherence to contract obligations.
- Supervise budgets, staffing, and subcontractor engagements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract performance.
- Lead program teams and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Enhance service delivery processes for improved customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of proposals and strategies for contract growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in managing federal contracts, task orders, or intricate programs.
- Experience with IDIQ contracts and handling multiple concurrent task orders.
- Familiarity with federal customer relations, contract performance management, subcontractor oversight, and financial and risk management.
- Proficient in government reporting tools.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
