Job Summary
This prestigious research and development organization is looking for a Biostatistician/Operations Research & System Analyst to provide support to the U.S. Special Operations Command based in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will leverage sophisticated mathematical models to improve programs focused on enhancing human performance.
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical analyses and mathematical modeling techniques to assess and enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to generate actionable insights that support decision-making in human performance initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in statistical programming and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with human performance optimization methods and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical data to non-technical audiences.
