As a travel consultant, your role will involve advising clients on various cruise lines, ships, and itineraries, while also managing all elements of their travel plans, including flights and excursions. You will be responsible for coordinating reservations for specialty dining options and onboard experiences, as well as keeping track of loyalty programs and promotional offers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of both ocean and river cruise offerings, demonstrating the capability to work autonomously. Experience in booking or selling cruises is highly desirable, alongside exceptional customer service abilities.
