Job description
The Accounting Manager directs the financial closing process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while managing the accounting functions for 14 operating entities. This position involves guiding the accounting staff, establishing key performance indicators, and collaborating with leadership to promote strategic growth and enhance process efficiency through automation. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with a CPA certification. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in accounting is necessary, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, familiarity with multi-entity operations, and advanced skills in Excel.
