Job Summary
The role involves delivering early intervention therapy services within a center-based environment, catering to children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years. The therapist will be responsible for gathering data, executing tailored treatment strategies, and honing clinical competencies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
- Collect and analyze therapy-related data to track progress.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each child.
- Develop and enhance clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited master’s degree program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (i.e., 1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be finalized.
- Preparedness to take the BACB exam within six months.
