**Associate Therapists** are responsible for conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as creating and executing evidence-based treatment plans. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and uphold precise clinical documentation in line with regulatory guidelines. Applicants should possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology and hold a limited license in Michigan. A minimum of one year of experience assisting clients with primary mental health conditions is highly preferred.
