Job description
The HR Consultant will offer support to both managers and staff regarding performance management, employee relations, and adherence to HR policies. This role involves overseeing HR cases, pinpointing opportunities for process enhancements, and working together with various stakeholders to improve the overall employee experience. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of expertise in HR consulting, business partnering, or employee relations. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, proficiency with HR case management systems, and the capability to interpret policies in a consistent manner.
