  • Organize, coordinate, and represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, community recruiting efforts, and workforce development partnerships to enhance candidate sourcing and fulfill staffing objectives.
  • Manage employee documentation and organizational structures within SAP SuccessFactors, including changes to employee information, position management, organizational modifications, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
  • Generate and maintain workforce analytics and operational reports, covering metrics like headcount, absenteeism, attrition, compliance, and other recurring management reporting needs.
  • Use Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) for analyzing, validating, and reporting workforce information, employing tools like Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation methods.
  • Create and refine presentations and communications utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, including monthly updates to leadership and workforce summaries for plant management.
  • Support the processes surrounding recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee separations, aiming to provide a positive experience for employees throughout their tenure.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping functions via Kronos/UKG and/or Synerion, which entails conducting attendance audits, correcting timecards, managing monthly attendance reviews, administering bonuses, and executing compliance audits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing, automotive, or similar high-volume production environment.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions, particularly in roles like General Assembly, Production Operators, Material Handlers, and logistics or distribution personnel.
  • Experience in supporting multi-shift manufacturing processes, with flexibility to work across both 1st and 2nd shifts as business needs dictate, especially during production launches and staffing events.
  • Background in planning and facilitating job fairs and hiring events, as well as engaging in community recruitment initiatives to attract and secure hourly talent.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing recruitment approaches, workforce strategizing, candidate sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Experience with Kronos, UKG, or Synerion is desirable.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, preferably at an Intermediate to Advanced level.
