Job Summary
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in overseeing various human resource functions within the organization. This position is essential for fostering a productive work environment and ensuring that HR practices align with the strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee onboarding and training programs.
- Support the recruitment process by collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address staff inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance on employee evaluations.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
