**Job Title: Manager of Exemption Investigations**
The Manager is responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the Exemption Investigations team, leading staff members, and ensuring an efficient workflow related to property tax exemption inquiries. This role includes performing intricate investigations, providing testimony during administrative hearings, and overseeing departmental reporting and reconciliation activities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, complemented by a minimum of three to five years of pertinent investigative experience and at least one year in a supervisory capacity. A bachelor’s degree can be accepted in lieu of some of the required investigation experience.
