Job description
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for the direction of clinical activities, guaranteeing the delivery of safe and effective patient care while leading nursing and support teams. This role involves upholding unit standards, coordinating staff schedules, and partnering with physicians to enhance patient outcomes. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, experience in leadership roles, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
