Job description
**Outpatient Counselor**
The Outpatient Counselor is responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. They are tasked with coordinating comprehensive care and ensuring that all documentation aligns with clinical and ethical guidelines. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or specific addiction counseling certifications (such as LADAC) is necessary. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in addiction treatment and have a solid understanding of 12-step programs.
