The RN Float is responsible for overseeing patient care by evaluating patient needs, crafting individualized nursing care plans, and assessing health results. They prioritize patient safety, assign responsibilities to team members, and educate patients along with their families. Applicants should have completed an accredited nursing program and have a minimum of one year of experience in Med Surg. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory or must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
