**Sales Training Manager**
The Sales Training Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process and continuous skill development for sales representatives across various channels. This position is tasked with providing training sessions focused on product expertise, company systems, and sales protocols, as well as managing and updating training resources. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in sales training or enablement, ideally within the wholesale or consumer goods sectors. A bachelor’s degree in business or communications is essential, and candidates should have a strong command of CRM and sales enablement tools.
