Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will collaborate with various teams to deliver insights based on data analysis, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and manage sales commission structures. This role involves building financial models, tracking performance compared to budgets, and seeking opportunities for process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer data-driven insights.
- Oversee and manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Administer and refine sales commission plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models for analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against established budgets.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a business setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
