Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic 3 is tasked with conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery within the plant. This role includes support for the installation and fabrication of equipment, alongside troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems, always prioritizing safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on plant machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Carry out corrective maintenance tasks to address machinery issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation and fabrication of new equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience with rendering or similar industrial machinery.
- Proficient skills in welding, piping, and fabrication are essential.
- Able to successfully complete a technical skills assessment.
