Job Summary
The Product Specialist will oversee and align sales goals in collaboration with distribution partners and act as the main point of contact for their designated product line. This role emphasizes resolving field-related issues, executing quality assessments, and offering training and promotional assistance to sales teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in the HVAC commercial and ductless product sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, significant industry experience may suffice in place of formal education.
