Job Summary
The Vice President will be responsible for establishing and guiding a new client-oriented Program & Construction Management service line within the Power Business Unit. This position will focus on strategic business development, engaging with top executives among clients, and providing operational leadership to propel growth in utility capital programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to establish a leading Program & Construction Management service line.
- Engage directly with clients at the executive level to foster strong relationships and drive business opportunities.
- Oversee operational activities to ensure effective delivery of utility capital programs.
- Lead initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the Power Business Unit.
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the Power industry.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing large-scale utility infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional executive leadership capabilities and strategic vision in driving business growth.
