Job Summary
The Principal will be responsible for the complete execution and implementation of HEDIS quality measures and associated campaigns. This role encompasses the design of programs, oversight of vendor partnerships, and collaboration with various teams to ensure performance tracking and the creation of training resources. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert in both product and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operationalization of HEDIS quality measures and campaigns.
- Design and manage programs related to healthcare quality.
- Oversee and manage vendor partnerships to ensure effective implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor operational performance.
- Develop and provide relevant training materials.
- Offer expert guidance for product and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare quality or similar fields.
- At least 5 years of direct experience with NCQA HEDIS quality measures.
- Demonstrated strong program management capabilities.
- Proficiency in business intelligence reporting tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organizational environment.
