Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production and engineering teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain and manage production documentation.
- Support tooling and automation initiatives.
- Investigate product defects and returns.
- Assist in the development and validation of prototypes.
- Contribute to compliance with quality systems and productivity objectives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, systems engineering, or a related technical field is essential.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with experimental processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and lean methodologies.
- Familiarity with design, testing, tolerance analysis, and preferably automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
