Job Summary
The position of Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse-PRN requires travel to client locations in Suffolk, Virginia. This role is integral in providing healthcare support on a flexible, as-needed basis. The nurse will engage in reviewing client intake forms, medical histories, and, when relevant, lab results to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Review client intake documentation and medical history.
- Examine lab results as necessary to assist in patient care evaluations.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and physicians to implement and monitor IV hydration protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) as per state regulations.
- Experience in patient care and familiarity with IV hydration protocols is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in various client environments.
