Job Summary
The Director of Clinical Programs is responsible for the management of all outpatient clinical departments, focusing on leadership, program innovation, and strategic initiatives. This position ensures that clinical programs adhere to established standards and regulations while delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise clinical staff across outpatient departments.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and strategic plans.
- Ensure program fidelity and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Conduct auditing of clinical documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
- Maintain alignment with policies and Medicaid regulations.
Qualifications
- Possession of an independent clinical license, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
