Provide nursing care to ICU patients by monitoring their conditions, administering medications, recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate health records. Assess and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, report changes in patient condition, and educate patients as appropriate. A graduate of an accredited nursing program, current state Registered Nurse licensure, and BLS certification are required. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and ACLS certification are preferred; nurses with an associate degree must complete BSN studies within five years of starting.
