Job Summary
The role involves leading diverse bid teams throughout the entire proposal lifecycle. This encompasses planning for RFPs, formulating solution strategies, and overseeing processes up to project handover and contract signing. The objective is to produce effective proposals that meet client needs while navigating compliance and risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Guide cross-functional teams in the comprehensive development of proposals.
- Oversee RFP planning and strategy formulation.
- Manage timelines and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Evaluate risks and identify opportunities to enhance proposals.
- Facilitate client negotiations to secure successful outcomes.
- Continuously work on improving proposal performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of experience in proposal management, applications engineering, or project management, especially in the field of industrial water treatment.
- Direct involvement with ultrapure or high-purity water systems or water infrastructure pertaining to semiconductors and microelectronics.
- A bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is favored.
- Experience with complex proposals and familiarity with design-build delivery methods.
- Proficient in risk management and fluent in English.
