Job Summary
The role involves constructing, equipping, troubleshooting, and evaluating RV generator sets and other testing apparatuses to ensure dependable outcomes while enhancing testing techniques, equipment, and protocols. The position also includes the analysis of test results, management of investigations and reliability efforts, documentation of results, scheduling tests, and supporting initiatives related to safety, quality, and team training.
Responsibilities
- Build and equip RV gensets and testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate test articles for reliability.
- Enhance testing methodologies, apparatus, and procedures.
- Analyze test data and lead investigations focused on reliability.
- Document findings and coordinate testing schedules.
- Support initiatives related to safety, quality, and team development.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a related STEM field.
- An associate degree or regional certification may be required.
- Extensive relevant experience or specialized skills are essential.
- Proficient knowledge of engineering test-cell systems like TDACS and DARTS.
- Ability to lead improvement projects and mentor new employees.
