Job Summary
This internship position focuses on the creation of SQL scripts, the development of Tableau data visualizations, and conducting data accuracy checks within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ticketing systems. Additionally, the intern will engage in supporting fan engagement initiatives and offer operational assistance at the TD Garden Box Office during home games.
Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting SQL scripts to manipulate and analyze data.
- Develop engaging data visualizations using Tableau.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy within CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing fan engagement.
- Provide operational support at the TD Garden Box Office during home events.
Qualifications
- Current status as a junior, senior, or graduate student entitled to receive academic credit.
- Availability to work scheduled home games and events throughout the duration of the internship.
