The Environmental Services Technician (EVS Tech) is tasked with guiding and inspiring the Environmental Services team to uphold exceptional quality standards. This position involves managing scheduled cleaning tasks and ensuring that all locations are kept clean and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Environmental Services staff to promote a motivating and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met across all areas.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper utilization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or environmental services is necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Capability to operate various types of industrial floor care equipment effectively.
