- Conduct job walks to understand customer needs and solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals to secure business opportunities.
- Obtain purchase orders through strategic sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of proven success in outside B2B sales within heavy industrial markets.
- Preferable background in engineering to enhance technical understanding.
- Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment, electric motors, and reliability-focused solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for client interactions.
